Our laboratory is Committed:

  • 1. To maintain confidentiality in all customer dealings and to manage this through legally enforceable commitments with the role players for the management of all information obtained or created during the performance of laboratory activities.
  • 2.To ensure the protection of its customer’s confidential proprietary rights.
  • 3. To make consistent efforts to achieve, ensure the competence, impartiality, confidentiality and consistent operation of the laboratory activities.
  • 4. Not to allow or yield to commercial, financial, or other pressures to compromise impartiality.
  • 5. To provide reliable and accurate testing services in achieving and or exceeding customer’s satisfaction by implementing management system based on ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 and other regulatory requirements; ensuring consistent operation of the laboratory.
  • 6. To ensure that personnel either internal or external performing laboratory activities are competent, shall act impartially maintaining confidentiality and work in accordance with established management system & good professional practices.
  • 7. Not to indulge in any activity that would diminish confidence in its competence, impartiality, judgment or operational integrity.
  • 8. To ensure that laboratory management and its staff undertakes laboratory activities impartially maintaining good professional practices.

Overall Objectives:

  • 1. Laboratory will ensure the competence, impartiality, confidentiality and consistent operation of the laboratory activities.
  • 2. To achieve and maintain overall customer satisfaction index (CSI) of 90% and above consistently.
  • 3. To achieve target of zero complaints through delivery of reliable and responsive testing services
  • 4. Provide testing services over a range of measurements maintaining metrological traceability.
  • 5. To impart a minimum of at least two trainings annually to laboratory personnel, either in-house or through external agencies.
  • 6. Resolution of complaints within a period of 10 days.
  • 7. Turn-around Time Period (TAT) for release of test reports:
  • 8. For Chemical discipline within 7 days.
  • 9. For Chemical discipline within 7 days.
